Become a member and add structure to your training with Logans expertise and experience guiding you along the way.

To get started

First we organise an initial interview to discuss your goals and previous experience. If you have a training peaks account or public Strava profile, Logan will take a look at your current and previous training.

Together we will establish your goals.

Once we have the clarity of your starting point and the end goals. Logan will create a basic training plan via your very own Training Peaks account. Logan will monitor your training data and adjust each training block.

Weekly Process

- Daily Planned workouts 2 - 4 weeks in advance.

- Athlete lead communication.

- Monthly Training analysis.

- Adjustment when needed.
