As a coach, I wear many hats—teacher, motivator, planner, advisor, psychologist, supporter, strategist, analyst, and role model, to name just a few.

Over the years, I have refined my approach through study, experience, and a critical eye for what truly works in the real world. By combining evidence-based methods with practical insights, I deliver a process that is both effective and tailored to you.

I provide structure, objective accountability, and the confidence that the hard work you invest will be both efficient and impactful, helping you progress with purpose.

Three levels of personalised coaching, customizable to your needs.

  • Pinnacle

    Highest level of planning and support. With daily analysis and regular check ins. Limited to 5 athletes at any one time.

  • Advanced

    High level of planning and support. Weekly adjustments and feedback. Weekly coach lead communication.

  • Aspire

    An individualised training plan. With monthly adjustments and feedback. Athlete driven communication.

Process and Values

  • Clarity fuels progress—set the goal, map the path, and commit to the process. Logan will help you set challenging goals and help you understand the level of commitment required to achieve those goals.

  • Data doesn’t tell the whole story but it offers clarity and objective feedback when paired with the athletes unique context. Logan will help you interpret the data and use it to help guide the process with analysis using Training Peaks, WKO5 and bespoke spreadsheets.

  • Training together pushes everyone further. When you join Grit you are joining a group of like minded athletes from all walks of life, brought together with the shared passion for improvement.

  • Truth is the path to progress. Logan is deeply passionate about helping athletes rise to their potential.
