To get started

Book either an in person or remote meeting

An initial interview and assessment will help us understand who you are and the context of what you aim to achieve. This process includes the creation of a basic Individual Performance Plan and an annual plan to monitor and achieve your goals.

During this time, we will also schedule future check-ins to evaluate progress.

Once we establish clarity on your starting point and end goals, Logan will create an ever-evolving training program through TrainingPeaks.

Weekly Process

Regular weekly communication, training program adjustment as needed. Weekly analysis.

- Daily Planned workouts 2 - 4 weeks in advance.

- Weekly Communication. With Coach reaching out 1-2 times per week. Unlimited Athlete Lead Communication.

- Weekly Training Analysis and feedback.

- Basic Weekly Goals and Targets to help you understand the why.
