Book a meeting with Logan either in person or remotely.
A detailed initial interview and assessment form the foundation for understanding who you are and the context of your goals. This process includes the development of a tailored Individual Performance Plan (created by Logan based on our discussions) designed to identify, monitor, and achieve your objectives, alongside a periodized plan document that outlines the path forward. These tools provide both athlete and coach with a clear and strategic roadmap, ensuring that your efforts remain focused on what truly matters. By aligning priorities and building resilience, this approach fosters intentionality in your training, enabling you to make deliberate choices and maximize the impact of your efforts while staying less influenced by life’s pressures and external distractions.
This process will also include looking at past training data and specific testing to identify where you are currently sit in relation to your objectives.
Once we have the clarity of your starting point and the end goals. Logan will create an ever evolving training program via Training Peaks or Intervals.icu.
Regular daily and weekly dialogue paired with training data will shape the training flow.
Logan will do all the heavy lifting in terms of creating these documents and create a tailored and easy to follow program.
Weekly Process
- Daily Planned workouts 2 - 4 weeks in advance
- Daily Communication. With Coach reaching out 3-7 times per week. Unlimited Athlete Lead Communication.
- Daily Training Analysis and feedback
- Detailed Weekly Goals and Targets to help you understand the why.
